ASOBAGRI (Asociación Barillense de Agricultores) is a non-profit Civil Association, made up of small-scale farmers producing high-quality coffee. Located in the scenic mountains of the Huehuetenango region, one of three non-volcanic areas in Guatemala, this area boasts the highest mountain ranges in all of Central America. This coffee is grown under guava, plantain, and banana trees, and surrounded by the Cuchumantanes mountains and the Maxbal Forest Reserve.
